  Hi my name is Cici I previously I had bad experience tonight I asked for sauce too the lady name Stacy or Daisy was being rude about I know I have to pay I recently moved over this way and I always come to this McDonald with no problems everybody not in uniform just wearing what they want and I only ask for 1 hot mustard just 1 sauce she also was thinking about it before saying it was a price and after I paid for the sauce the lady Stacy or daisy approached me saying why I asked her her name and I spoke back to her I’m allowed to ask for her name no one has name badge on or nothing and she said because I charged you for the sauce she was very rude to me not sure why and what happend she laughed about the situation when she approached me a long with the other young lady this is not ok

  This is my mom phone,but I'm giving my review about this McDonald's,I ordered a number 7 which is two burgers and medium fries and drink,they gave me 10 pieces of nuggets large fries and my whole meals was cold,my friend ordered a burger meal and burger had been sitting up there,his cheese was not melted so he went back inside and they said the cheese post to be cold,the manager said that,she was Mexican, it's always something with this crazy McDonald's since they have taken over every restaurant you can name around Dallas,they think they own them and don't never want to give you a order like you place it,they need to be shut down

  Store is lazy, had 3 people in the car, was told we can only make 2 orders and had to go around again even though there was no one in line. Additionally the one of us who did get food (ended up going somewhere else) the food was old and stale from obviously sitting in the warming rack for a long time.

  Terrible customer service. Drive thru this morning 3-24-26 at 4 am with 2 sausage biscuits and one Hispanic cashier was extremely rude because I asked for jelly at the window- mind you I dont eat at Mcdonalds often and according to her you are supposed to order jelly beforehand- and threw 2 of them at my car window.

  They are rude they messed up my order and the manager the one with the 2 piercings on her face had an attitude because YALL messed up my order and gave me a super dry burger ! 0/10 I would give 0 starts if I could ! And then I waited more than 10-30 mins just for them to remake my burger . Which was 2 cheeseburgers with meat cheese onions and ketchup. When I got the burger back why did it have pickles. 0/10
