  It was horrible. There was 1 car on front of me and I did mobile order. First of all when I got there and roll down my window.There was a sprinkler that I guess was broken and started getting in my car.So I rolled it up and went to the drive through window. They asked me to go park and wait for my order. I went in parked and the third car that parked after me the lady came out and spoke to and went back in the restaurant. When they came back out , they served the two people first that were behind me , and then finally me. My friend's fries were cold and my meat on my quarter pounder was hard. Worst experience ever. I will never return to this store if I can absolutely help it. I eat McDonald's breakfast every day. Rarely do I order lunch I am just so disappointed

  They're always short changing me. Since we went penniless they're not rounding up, like they're supposed to, they're shortchanging me. People, you need to pay attention to your receipts. I know a couple of pennies is just a couple of pennies, but at the end of the day, it adds up, especially for people who are in a fixed income.

  Worst McDonald’s ever. you’ll tell them clearly what you want to order and it’ll pop up exactly as you want it just for you to get to the window and they add a whole bunch of extra up charges. If I order a happy meal why am I getting a small coke if I didn’t ask to upsize, ordered a 6pc chicken nugget happy meal and you’re charging me a 6pc w a mcchicken and a small coke?!???? Then I ask you to correct it and yall get an attitude. These employees are always the same an older Mexican man and an African American dude. It’s not the first time either I ALWAYS have to double check at the pay window because they try to be slick and charge extra things. Money isn’t going into the employees pockets so I really don’t understand the reason why they do this. Just ask for a damn tip at this point!
