    I’m very disappointed with my experience at McDonald’s today. I waited in the drive-thru for a very long time just to get my order. The service was extremely slow and frustrating. Please work on improving the speed and customer service. I wish the supervisor see this comment bc they can check the camera. I came at 3:35 until now I didn’t pick up the order and now it’s 3:59am. They asked me to wait at drive thru reserved. I wish they be like the store on midway and spring Valley 😡😏

    The manager Rosio smacked the screen and called us idiots. She started bad mouthing us in Spanish. She had no intentions to help us since the first interaction when we arrived to pick up our mobile order and was blantly rude. Despite the app and website saying contact the restaurant you made the order at to receive a refund or have the manager make the order by confirming payment. She didn’t even want to look at the phone of us showing our confirmation. I tried explaining to her that we didn’t care about getting our food anymore and if she as manager can’t resolve the issue if we could get the information of someone that will but she wouldn’t stop interrupting us and actually listen. So they kept saying we can’t make your food we can’t make your food look it’s not in our system. When we attempted to ask for information on how to proceed—such as contacting a supervisor or higher-level management—the manager refused to provide assistance. Instead, we were threatened with the police simply for asking questions and seeking a resolution. At no point were we physical, only requesting guidance after the staff was unable to help us. This experience was extremely upsetting and fell well below acceptable standards of customer service. I believe this matter warrants review as far as how management handles situations with customers , as no customer should be treated with disrespect or threatened for asking reasonable questions such as requesting a refund a manager has the ability to do. At the end we left to a different McDonalds a mile away and they were able to see my order in the system. Which I am still with confusion on why the manager at East Grand wasn’t capable to make our order. I would appreciate follow-up regarding this situation and information on how it will be addressed.
