    Horrible lugar. Muy mala atención la chica del cabello rojo tenía mala cara y fue mal educada, duramos 20 minutos esperando en el drive tru para que nos atendieran, si trataras a las personas mal es mejor que no trabajes en atención al cliente.

    Was able to place an order online on the app. Got to the restaurant sat in the drive thru for a very long time. No one answered. Pulled up to the window and was told to drive back around and go back to the drive thru. Once I drove back around someone finally answered and I was told that the store was closed for cleaning. She could’ve said that at the window. Why is online ordering available if the store is closed? 04/01 3:30 AM

    When my husband and I visit store 6938 we order our meals at the kiosk together and then my husband always sits and waits if I have a buy one get one coupon, I go order it at the registers. We've never had an issue until the 2x we've seen the new manager lady that says she training for GM took my order. The first time, she told me that my husband had to come up and order with her. Not knowing or acknowledging if my husband has special needs or not but I knew then. This lady is sick. I told her no, I'm ordering and he's fine where he's at. She then refused my coupon and tried arguing saying it needs 6 numbers when it gives me 7, I'm guessing to see if my husband was gonna come up to the counter Nope. So she took it anyway and said that will be the last time she does that. The 2nd time we've seen this manger, about a month later, she tells me the same thing about the numbers. Then she wanted to see a screenshot of when I did the coupon. While talking, she's looking behind me at my husband. I tell her look I know what it is and can I please just place my order. Remind you, we already ordered our meals at the kiosk and just wanted to use our coupon from our visits before. She then tells me out the blue that me and my husband always come up here late, it was 9:24 pm by the way, and that we are always disrespectful, begging the other managers and staff for free food. WHAT!!!?? I told her she got us mistaken for someone else. She said no that all the managers and staff SAID we always come in late begging for food. I tell her I want to see footage and I'm calling corporate. After that she took my coupon and told me this is the last time she will take my coupon. But I knew what it was. We deal with females like her on a consistent basis. Sick. To go that low is the most disrespectful thing she could say. We have jobs and work damn hard for our money and it didn't help that it wasy husband's birthday. She was making false accusations trying to humiliate our character and trying to create a hostile environment/work place for other managers and her staff. She's sick. I felt bad for the staff that was there. A lady apologized on the managers behalf when the manager went to the back but was scared to say anything to us while the manager was upfront. Sick! So I hope she was lying about being the GM in training. I'm Hispanic and my husband is Black by the way so it's pretty hard to get us mixed up in the area that we are in.

    Nothing special that stands out. Except when I ordered no onions on my burger. Surprise it had onions😂. They took it back and brought a new one. I was happy there were no onions but they forgot the meat too. NO JOKE!!!

    I went there and I asked them For food and the weather was so rude and was always asking me to pay money for and he forgot my five chicken nuggets and i'm very angry , never come to the location , no matter what they treat you like garbage
