  This morning, my first time visiting this place, I ordered a #5 drink and a fresh coffee. The lady who served me spoke Spanish and English and was very rude. She started yelling at me, saying she didn't understand my order. I stayed calm and didn't say anything to her. She kept yelling, "I don't understand your order!" until she spoke to another young lady and told me I needed the coffee hot instead of iced. People like this shouldn't be working in front of us. As customers, we owe respect. If they don't have the ability to treat people, it would be better not to put them in charge. I felt more sorry for the woman yelling that she didn't understand my order than for her.

  My wife and I came to this McDonald's wanting to try out a new location since it's close to our home..... We should've checked these TRASH REVIEWS. We ordered a mcchicken and a large fry. With two cars in the drive way... not a line.. 2 cars. When we got to the first window, my wife apologized to them and asked if she could have no mayo on the sandwich if it had not been said already.... The manager... with a dumb founded look on her face said "but I think they already made it." Awkward pause and then we paid.... Drive up to the second window and this is what they gave to us...... the kid that gave us the food just gave us the food and that was it...... nothing else said.... You're McDonald's, that may not mean anything to you but you guys hold a certain weight of professionalism and corporate environment. But don't tell these clearly not wanting to work human beings..... You should all be fired because each person that we had an interaction with was garbage.

  Worst customer service and food is cold. Waited in drive thru line for 45 mins just for some fries and they were cold. Got the basket of fries and when I asked for some buffalo sauce the guy only gave me on and said that’s it ?? 😭🤣 sorry but this place is a joke & should not be operating.

  Pick up a DoorDash super slow no customers were their store is empty my order wasn’t that big took more than 10 min waiting for them to attend me
