  Da un poco de tristeza entrar y ver el lobby casi vacío siempre.....ya no existe aquel momento de ir en grupos a McDonald's o con lis niños a que jugaran un rato....se ha perdido ese concepto tan hermoso del pasado....o los desayunos cuando mucha gente mayor iba a desayunar a las 5 de ka mañana, hacían fila para entrar al abrir el restaurante....todo eso se perdió...

  I had a frustrating experience at the drive-thru around 11:40 PM on Thursday night. I was sitting at the speaker asking for help, but my order wasn’t taken while the employee appeared to assist the other lane instead, even though no one was there when I arrived. It felt like I was being ignored. Customer service is really important, especially late at night when options are limited. I’d appreciate management looking into this so future customers don’t have the same experience. Mexican girl at the drive thru at 1144pm on Thursday

  When you tell your customers to park in space 1 or 2, you should bring out condiments and napkins. You did not do this twice, this past week. Then, you quickly turn around and walk right back in, which did not give us enough time to ask for anything. Also , you failed to give us extra caramel on our Frappe's and this is a no no, because the order was repeated. I am not sure why you asked this to park in the first place, especially when you had already filled up one cup, because I was watching you and all we had was to Frappe's. Terrible customer service.

  This is the worst McDonald’s ever we ordered 1 meal and a shake and it was all wrong and there was no one even there no sauce for anything this place sucks

  Napkins all over the restaurant floor. The McChickens that I ordered didn't have a single bottom bun. They were all top buns top and bottom of the McChicken there was mayonnaise all over the outsides of the buns. This McDonald's is ridiculous. Craziest part is I've worked for a McDonald's before and I've had a cleaner store and ran an entire kitchen by myself and made better food than that. That's pathetic.
