  Like the food is fine but being asked to pull to the front to wait Every Single Freaking Time is starting to get really annoying. I've been asked to pull into the front for a singular iced coffee before, just this morning I was asked to pull into the front for a single iced coffee and a single sausage McMuffin. I'm sure it's probably a management decision to reduce the amount of time people sit in the drive-thru because I know that's a metric that's probably tracked, but that's a terrible way to manage that because you're taking time away from your employees to actually make the orders by making them walk out to the front of the building for just about every single order.

  I've been to this drive through at least five different times every time they cannot get my order right at all .I just don't understand it it's the only McDonald's that I have that issue with. Instead of asking if I'm using the mobile app perhaps they should focus on getting my order correct so I don't have to waste my time and certainly not my money at this particular location.

  I had proof of my order yet they still refused to give me what I had because it was ordered online and I didn't have a physical receipt.

  Very unfriendly and unprofessional, was given attitude for adding items to my order at the window. The behavior of the employee was truly unprofessional. I have children which they tend to change their mind and instead of just drinks, they decided last minute to have happy meals, the way the employee gave me attitude and role his eyes because I added items to my order was disappointing and disrespectful. I even had to ask if he needed me to get off to place my order I didn’t mind because the level of attitude was disgusting. I wasn’t requesting free food, I was trying to place an order and enjoy our food. One happy meal was missing Apple Slices and of course we didn’t get our ranch for the nuggets.

  My order was very simple. I only order a small order of fries. I ordered through the drive-through at 5pm on my way home. My fries were cold and soggy. The traffic in the intersection where this McDonalds is at has a lot of traffic. I called the store to let the manager know; however she didn’t understand and had to pass the call to a teenager. The young man apologized. Of course I wasn’t going to go back to the store to replace my fries. It is very disappointing to crave McDonald famous fries and get trash. Owner or corporate should invest in training the so call managers and focus on quality.
