  No matter what day of the week I visit this store, it's always packed with long waits to checkout. In a sense, this is a good thing. I have purchased beef back ribs and seasonings during my visit. Prices are very competitive.

  I would like to report an issue I experienced with a cashier named Betty at the registers. While checking out, I attempted to hand her a sticker to pay for an item. In response, she became rude and defensive, raising her tone and telling me not to do that again. She stated that the item needed to be weighed first and that there was no way for me to pay for it like that. I want to emphasize that I remained calm, did not argue, and simply responded “okay.” Despite this, her demeanor seemed to become more upset, which made the interaction uncomfortable. I understand that procedures must be followed, but the way this was communicated felt unnecessarily harsh and unprofessional. I believe this situation could have been handled more respectfully. I would recommend additional training in customer service and communication skills, as employees working directly with customers should be able to explain procedures without becoming defensive or rude. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

  From the time of opening until today, the experience has been wonderful. I'm a weekly shopper and enjoy the selections as well as saving money. Today... I encountered Kyia at the express checkout. She was very unprofessional and rude. I was very surprised due to the nature of the conflict. It doesn't cost anything to be courteous and listen to the customer before assuming and responding with an attitude. I was very disappointed and hope she has an attitude change towards other customers.

  I just dislike the fact that they have long lines. Hopefully it doesn't become walmart #2, all them registers but none are open. Some employees don't even smile. The store and prices are awesome! I travel 20 miles, just to go. Every other week!
