  I received the incorrect sandwich and had to come back (allergies sensitive) - no reconciliation (an apologies) or remedies given (free cookie or chips). If my child would've bitten into this would've been a crisis.

  This is not my first time experiencing a subpar sandwich and service, not busy I understand call in delivery can get busy. I was not asked if or what u wanted on sandwich so it came home dry and with basic toppings, I was standing right by register I could not see them make it or I would of said something, I purchased a meal and the fountain drink was watery, the diluted drink and bag of chips were almost as much as the sandwich! Then the tip!!!! I will not be back, firehouse here I come or jersey mikes!

  Customer service is great. It is very quiet when you go in Harley. Nobody there when I go maybe one person I think a lot of people at this location Two doordash.

  I came at night around 5. The guy working there was so rude. He hates his job I can tell, he made the sandwich and wouldn’t even bring it to me he put it on the bar end of the store. I was the only one in the store it was so slow. I don’t understand why are they asking for a tip? I did leave one but guys like him are the reason people are tired of tipping. Very rude I don’t go to this location anymore
