  Mark was amazing!! He was super sweet! I come here all the time with my coworkers and never had experienced such great customer service like yesterday’s visit. He was very professional and just lit up the whole room with his customer service. The world needs more workers like Mark. That man deserves a raise!

  Around 8:30P.M.,on 4/7/26, I was out & about Dashing for Doordash to which I received a Jimmy John's order...as I entered the store for pickup,I headed to the restroom while simultaneously letting the staff know that I had a pickup order,but I needed 1 second to use the restroom...the make staff in the attachment below raised his voice towards me in a very aggressive manner,to which he said " the restroom is closed,get your order & get out of here," while simultaneously coming around the counter in a very aggressive manner towards me...that's when I pulled out my phone to take a Pic of the order that I was picking up,due to safety concerns, I took a Pic of the belligerent male staff member also...he continued to throw all kinds of rants towards me,etc.,& he even followed me out the store in the same aggressive manner...he went back in & than came back out to which he continue to taunt me...in the process, he even took a picture of my vehicle tag...this incident upsetted me & was very frightening...I challenge the owner to review the camera footage which will clearly back up my version of the incident...the staff portraited himself as a thug & he was extremely unprofessional...one of the rants he yelled at me was that I(me) didn't own the place & that he has been working there for 7 years...he refused to give me his name for tis review/complaint...I ride all over the place Dashing, at times,I may have to used the restroom here & there,as many Dashers do because there's no restroom in our vehicles...what a unpleasant incident...Hopefully, the the owner sees this & take appropriate measures to resolve this incident...

  The bread must have been at least 2 days old on my sandwich. I have never seen bread this hard before in my life. Not burnt just so old it was basically concrete

  Came to pick up my order at 1pm as indicated on the app and the door is locked. Called the location several times with no pick up. Lost out on food and money. Can't make this up.
