  Hinodeya is authentic Japanese dining experience. The ramen broth and seasoning hit exactly the right note, balanced and never over-salted like so many other ramen spots across DFW. Their specialty is using real dashi in the broth, and you can taste the difference. The Karaage is crispy and moist, the fries have this Umami Dashi flavor. The curry was delicious. The dining room is spotless, the staff are genuinely kind, and it's kid-friendly too. A solid five stars from me: absolutely worth your time, and I'll definitely be back.

  Awesome place. The 1st and still the best in the Dallas downtown area. Food and service always consistent which is what you want in a restaurant.

  Tried the dry noodle based on the server’s recommendation , unfortunately,not for me. The toppings were mostly cold, including the egg, which was soft-cooked, and the dish felt heavy and greasy. I didn’t feel great afterward. Added extra bamboo but the portion didn’t seem worth the price. Service was okay. Parking was inconvenient.

  This isn't a flash in the pan restaurant. The food is amazing, not one bite short of perfection. Go give yourself a well deserved treat & let them do the cooking tonight.

  Amazing food, the Katsu Curry is what keeps me coming back. Generous portions and the service is tremendous. I never caught her name but the Japanese woman working there as a server is the best server I have ever seen. She went above and beyond in every regard. I had a smile ear to ear leaving because of her. I cannot sing her enough praises.
