  Didn't care for valet parking but it worked out fine. Food was very salty like someone spilled it. Service was good.

  Great place to have lunch.Everytime I cone here I am treated respectfully and with kindness by all the staff. Food is amazing cant go wrong with what you order. Also the drinks and atmosphere are great

  Sorry to say especially when Gloria’s has always been a favorite spot of mine but today has really been an eye opener. To start off the service was great but everything went wrong when the food came out. I hadn’t noticed but thank goodness my fiancé saw, it was a roach crawling down the wall. Me being already dramatic and pregnant was a little panicked and wondering why my side. But I ended up hurrying and getting a napkin and closing it & also making sure not to turn it towards the food but I got and killed it. Then my husband got the server who then took the napkin because I didn’t know where the closest trash can was to dispose it. Then went to wash my hands of course. The restroom smelt horrible by the way. Then going back to sit down they had moved us to another table which was expected. But I am sorry to say the food was not good I had the chicken enchiladas and the chicken was very bland, the queso was not good and the rice and beans were just okay.My fiancé had the nachos, to say the least it looked like something my 8 year old sister could’ve made, while they did give him a lot of meat but thats about it. And when the manager came to the table to ask if everything was okay, she asked who saved the day and I said me. She then proceeded to say that she would cover my meal. But then when the bill came out she only took $11 off the ticket which we didn’t understand because yes I caught the bug but my fiancé saw it, we are not used to just seeing roaches especially around our food, & I had to hand the roach to the server around our food. So when we asked her about the discount she proceeded to say she only discounted mine because I caught it which is not right at all it was a roach at our table I was not the only one present, she then discounted $8 each off of their meals as well.As much as I hate to say this will be the last time at this location and we should have left as soon as we seen it but gave the restaurant the benefit of the doubt. We all regret that.

  Glorias is one of our favorite places to eat, but the first time trying the Greenville location was not a pleasant experience for my wife. The waiter cheater her on the bill in a manner that he could pocket some money for himself including a large gratuity. When she discovered what had happened she went back in and was able to speak to a manager. The waiter argued with the manager on pricing, but luckily the manager knew what each item should have been correctly priced. All that to say, please pay attention to your bill as this seems to be becoming more common. Thank toy to the manager for making the waiter fix what he did, but Im sure he probably does this often.
