A mí no me gusta la sopa de pollo como lo hacen aqui, tiene col y demasiados vegetales, pero se que es una costumbre de centro américa pero los otros platos eran buenos

I’ve eaten at Gloria’s three times in one week. It is EXCEPTIONAL! Everything is so fresh, not overly spicy (or you can ask for more spice!), and the variety is excellent. Roberto and Lupe took fantastic care of us tonight (April 1) and provided outstanding customer service that matches the outstanding quality of the food! Highly recommend!!

Drove to Dallas to meet with friends at Gloria’s.
It’s my first time in this location and it didn’t disappoint.
Our friend had the tropical salad with steak, my husband got the traditional combination plate, and I had the carne asada.
My carne asada was cooked to perfection and i enjoyed every bite of it.
Our server James was very attentive and he even joked with my husband in Spanish .
The parking situation was a little confusing at first. Their parking lot is “very” conveniently underground. We used the valet parking service and let me tell you that those guys were very cool. Best part, the valet service is complimentary so they got a bigger and very well deserved tip.
In overall a nice experience and will definitely come back.

Drinks were good, but the experience left a bad taste. My friend and I went for their HH and I ordered a mango margarita. She asked what the swirl marg was (she thought it mango/strawberry combo). The bartender said it was a marg with sangria but that lots of people do the combo if she wanted that- and even encouraged me to switch mine too. The mango, strawberry and regular swirl marg were all on the HH menu for $6 (all frozen from their machine).
When the bill came, the swirls were $16 each. The bartender who gave us our check said swirls aren’t eligible for HH pricing. When we asked the original bartender, he just shrugged and said “my bad.”
It felt misleading. Same ingredients, same amount, just swirled- and even the regular swirl margarita is on the HH menu. Our $12 bill turned into $34 because of a suggestion he made without explaining the price. It may have been an honest mistake, but it felt like we were taken advantage of.
First visit, but left a bad impression.

My Mother came to visit and we were in the area looking for something to eat and Gloria’s had always been a favorite of my boyfriend. We came in and asked for a table of seven and they let us know they’re on a wait no issue there whatsoever, they soon seat us and immediately make up for the wait; We had the most wonderful Server Roberto and wow he works with a lot of love for the Industry. He took the time to give my Mother recommendations and explained ingredients, he went above and beyond to make sure we got the run down. We decided and soon after we all received the hottest plates of delicious food, this was a wonderful experience and left my Mother with a big smile. Take the time to go out and enjoy some great food and ask for Roberto genuinely one of the best servers i’ve had in DFW.
