- JRJessica ResendizJan 13, 20261.0I always come to this wingstop beacuse I liked the service better then the one that's closer to me but the last few months have just been trash its always the same 2 Edgars the first time I called at 11:50 to place a order and was on hold for almost 7 min when I hung up and called again he was rushing to take my order later I finally pick it up and he had mopped the floor and shut the system down like 30 min ahead of time and told me I cant pay with card beacuse they shut the system down and had to pay with cash if I would have know that and he would have told me that I would have brought it I had to wait like 5 or 6 more min for him to turn it back on and him and the other hispanic skinny guy were just laughing thinking it was funny another separate day I go and the same 2 guys just playing around laughing and giggling when I went in person to order just having a whole conversation while im trying to order not even about work but just about other things and they got my order wrong shocker I told him I wanted to pay extra for all flats and he dint even put it in the order and my extra sauce as well last and final time I went my wings were so overcooked and I was missing 1 and I dint want to go inside just to tell them to give me the one I was missing its just crazy you cant make this up I guess I rather at this point just go to one further for better service
