Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.
Customers frequently reported long wait times and poor service, with some experiencing rude staff and incorrect orders.
Food Quality
While some customers enjoyed the food, many found it underwhelming or not up to standard, with complaints about cold items and overcooked burgers.
Location Challenges
The airport setting led to difficulties with seating and accessibility, contributing to a chaotic dining experience.
Positive Experiences
Despite the negatives, several reviews highlighted friendly staff and quick service during busy times, as well as enjoyable food.
Inconsistent Experience
Overall, experiences varied widely, with some customers loving the food and others feeling disappointed, suggesting inconsistency in quality.

This place really disappointed me since they not only got my order wrong, but they also don't know how to count change since they gave me the wrong amount by several dollars. And they even got it wrong while using a caculator. So idk it really depends on which cashier you order with.

Waited 30 minutes for a coke and the cashier purposely skipped us after we asked for the coke cup and was told that we have to wait for our number to be called… it was on the kiosk… for a coke cup. We then were skipped multiple times for orders larger than ours and had to ask a different cashier for a cup which was given immediately. Work on your customer service its not hard to be nice and do your job correctly.

As far as airport food goes for the Dallas Love Airport, this is about as good as you can expect. It conveniently is located in the food court. Whataburger is amazing no matter where you get it. If you’re going to be in this airport, stop here. Quick service and good food.

We had a very bad experience at the Whataburger in the airport.
We waited for an entire hour for our burgers after paying for our order. The payment went through, and the money was taken from our account, but the order never showed up in their system.
This kind of service is unacceptable, especially at an airport location where people don’t have much time to wait.

Good food right in the middle of Dallas Love Field airport.
In the evening, they were kind of busy but the food was ready relatively quick.
I got the sweet and spicy chicken sandwich and it was great. The chicken was crispy, it was flavorful and it was really spicy which was good.
