Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

    This location is the worst Whataburger in existence - in all regards. Quality, time, and service. The associate working the window laughed at my husband and I when we asked how much longer it would be (when it had already been 15 minutes and only one car was in the line prior to us…) her response was “yeah they had me waiting for an hour for my food before” Not quite sure why I’m even taking the time to write this considering all the reviews are saying roughly the same thing and nothing ever changes at this location. Sad it’s the closest one to our house but we will never come to this location again. Stay away unless you want the worst Whataburger experience you’ve ever had!!

    Order is always wrong at this location pick up or delivery. Takes a long time to arrive food is cold. Never puts any sauces in bags. Honestly won’t be order from here again and recommend others to go to other locations. Until something changes.

    This has got to be the worst Whataburger I have ever been to... orders take FOREVER to come out. Employees are rude and clearly don't care about providing exceptional customer service. The heavy set manager during the day is especially disrespectful. There is a reason this location has 3.6 stars!

    At this location they routinely take at least 45 minutes to give you your order. Usually it's over an hour if you include the time it takes to get through the drive through, put in your order, then embrace being stuck in the traffic jam they create by having absolutely everyone pull forward. They always forget sauces, just like they usually will lose track of who's order is whose and come out asking every car who ordered what because they lost track. The best part is the the employees get confused and agitated when you try to explain when they inevitably get your order wrong or just bring you someone else's. Do I look like a Tiffany, random whataburger man? I'm a 230lb bearded man. My name is not Tiffany. If they bring you the wrong one, enjoy the additional twenty minute wait. It means they lost your order and lost track of their L.A traffic jam of people waiting. Gotta love the way they just throw your food at you through your car window and run away as fast as they can. I don't need anyone telling me these employees care (they don't and I don't blame them) or that they're understaffed or whatever the excuse is. I'm reviewing the business and the business is too slow, the service is bad, the workers are short tempered while they try to figure out what you ordered, and the food is honestly not great. An hour plus for fast food is ridiculous, would be somewhat excuseable if the flavor was good but let this location introduce you to stone hard eggs and the wonders of congealing beef fat in your hamburger. Between that and the negativity of the workers increasing over years into outright hostility, my negative experience has been consistent enough I finally decided to leave a review.

    My order came out cold and wrong I had to drive all the way back to get my right order after waiting in line for 20 minutes just to get pulled up to the vip (which helps them move you so they time can stay down at the drive through) to sit there another 10mins for them to get my order wrong 🥺. The 2 stars is for customers service because the young man was doing all he could but he didn't have any help
