Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.
Customers frequently reported long wait times for their orders, often exceeding 20-30 minutes, even during off-peak hours.

They hire high schoolers and people who don’t care about providing even a decent experience. Food is always cold, the waits always too long, and you can tell they don’t care no one has a sense of urgency or a smile on their face. Shut this location down

This is the slowest whataburger location on the planet. I’ve been multiple times and it’s always the same result, a 30-40 minute wait for your meal in a drive through line that accumulates a ton of people after you’ve been there for a while.

No complaints here, just positive feedback. The burger was delicious, the service was fast at curbside. Stopped by around 11:30am on a workday.
