Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.
Do not come after midnight if you don’t have 20-25 mins sitting at the window without it even being a line… need more people working at night. NO URGENCY OR CUSTOMER SERVICE, EMPLOYEES ARE LAUGHING PLAYING WHILE NO ORDERS ARE GOING OUT.

I had one of the worst fast food experiences I’ve ever had at this Whataburger. After placing and paying for our order in the drive-thru, we were told to pull forward to wait. We ended up sitting there for over 35 minutes with no update or communication from the staff.
When we finally walked up to the drive-thru window to ask about our order, the woman working the window responded with attitude and said, “I don’t make the food.” There was zero effort to help or even check on the order.
After waiting that long, we had to go inside the restaurant, only to be told that they didn’t have an order for us at all. At that point we had to order again from scratch, after already paying and waiting all that time. To make matters worse, the food we finally received was incorrect.
Not a single employee apologized or acknowledged the situation. Mistakes happen, but the lack of communication, poor attitude, and complete absence of customer service made this experience incredibly frustrating. I’ve never been treated so poorly at a restaurant.

This is the worst whataburger ever, the workers and manger there don’t help out for anything, i just ordered a whatabuger and fires and it took them 48 mins to bring it out. Not only that i seen bugs and roaches on the back counter. I hope this location gets shut down because they do not know how to run a business here.

I had a very good customer service experience here and I believe they deserve a review for their efforts on maintaining a good healthy atmosphere. Food was delivered fairly in a timely manner and everything was correct on the order, no problems whatsoever. 💯

Worst WB I have ever been to. Absolute trash service, took almost half an hour to get my food after I already paid and was waiting first in line at the window. I ordered basic items that do not take more than 5 mins prep/cook time. Employees were rude and uncooperative, kept aimlessly walking in circles past the drive thru window and checking their phones while I waited for my food.
