Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.
The only complaint I have is that there's a 50/50 chance a drive-thru order is placed in the take-out area, and you won't get the order unless you ask if it's there or just get it yourself.
Everything else is standard American fast food quality.

With fast food, it seems easy to be “average”, but that’s not what I got here. I had a breakfast bowl and from the way it was prepared to the way it tasted, there was nothing average about it. It may sound silly but it was so delicious! I could tell it was made with actual care! It was so good I had to complement the lady that made it. She was glad I let her know, but also, I was even happier to know it was intentional! She KNEW she took care in making a great meal! And it made my morning! That Team Lead is a treasure and hope Whataburger does what they need to keep her around!

I visted whataburger and I have very unpleasant experience. I 'm not sure if the employee was a mamger because she was not wearing a name tag,but she told me her name mas Nuno . She was very rude, disrepectuful, and had very bad actitude. I felt I was treated differently, possibly because I am Hispanic . No customer should feel uncomfortable or disrespected with visiting a restaurant. I Hope managment looks into this matter.

Went through the drive. First thing I hear is “what do you want?” Not how can I help you or how are you tonight just what do you want. I pull up and the girl in the window just takes my card and says nothing to me at all. Hands me my drink and tells me pull up so we can bring it to you. Than when she brings me my food I ask for spicy ketchup her response “there’s regular in there you’ll be ok” I had to get my son out of the car and go get it myself. Worst experience of Whataburger I’ve ever had. Food was ok not great. I wouldn’t recommend this Whataburger to my worst enemy
