Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

    I came here for lunch and Monica was taking my order from the drive-thru and I can only say that she was so warm and welcoming!! I really appreciate her and her vibes and good energy that she projected through an intercom and to match she had a pretty face. Thank you so much! I will be back. Thank you, Monica

    Go to this Whataburger all the time but what’s the point in me making a curbside pick up order just for me to sit there 25 minutes. Just to find out my food has been sitting inside at the whole time because they were “too busy” 4 customers in line waiting to order on a Wednesday afternoon that’s so much that I have to wait in my car that long seriously? Not pleased with my cold food either because I waited that long . I will not be coming back to this location I don’t order online to do your job for you .

    Visit 2-3 times per week for almost 2 years, order at counter, dine in. Order the same thing and there is a sign that says "Just like you like it". I am trying to get one receipt perfect the way I want it. Cashier is always in a hurry, and if they are wearing a headset for drive thru- I think they are trying to take 2 orders at the same time. I tried verbally telling them but they miss some things. Then I tried keeping a receipt(once I get the perfect receipt), giving it to the cashier and telling them to copy it- but they still miss something. I order a whataburger- well done-under cooked meat makes me sick to my stomach- I tell them "straw container brown" meat, with cheese, no tomatoes, no onions, with pickles on the side- the buns get too soggy when they add wet pickles and lettuce-, easy mustard(don't like a mustard sandwich). With crispy french fries(golden, stiff- do not bend when I pick them up or dip them in the ketchup containers), No salt(Dr told me to avoid salt). And lately an apple pie- fresh cooked. I know they are supposed to be timed and dated with a sticker but they are not AND I have gotten apple pies timed and dated(expired) 8 hours before I ordered it. I can wait 10 minutes for a fresh cooked pie. I have gotten a perfect receipt a couple of times- given it to the cashier but they get in a hurry, miss something, and this morning I got tomatoes, extra mustard, and salty fries. Then they give me a "not perfect receipt" from them, I have to write on the receipt what they missed for the next cashier.
