Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. Annie is the best, she greets you with a smile every time. This is my favorite whataburger location. The food is always great and employees are nice.

Annie at Whataburger was seriously the sweetest! She was so kind, full of compliments, and such a genuine people person. She made my whole experience better just with her positive energy. The service was amazing and the food was just as great!

I had a very disappointing experience at Whataburger. The customer service was honestly unacceptable. The staff came across as extremely rude and clearly frustrated, and it felt like they were taking it out on customers. I understand everyone has bad days, but being visibly angry and unprofessional toward paying customers is not okay. On top of the attitude, the wait time was way longer than expected, and no one bothered to communicate or apologize for the delay. The whole experience felt disorganized and unwelcoming. I usually expect much better from Whataburger, but this visit was frustrating from start to finish. Management seriously needs to address the staff’s behavior and improve the overall customer service at this location. On date FEB 22 2026. At 2:50am
