  I placed and paid for my order through the mobile app, but when I arrived at the drive-thru, I was informed that the items were unavailable. I was advised to cancel the order, but the app displayed an error. The staff said they would process the cancellation, yet I received no confirmation. When I called the location for assistance, I was told to contact customer service, which I had already attempted several times without success. I also asked if I could receive part of my order since payment had already been processed, but they hung up on me. While I understand that items can run out, the lack of communication and courtesy from staff was disappointing.

  Where's the bacon??? It's 9am. There were no other customers. You only have to slap three ingredients on the sandwich. There's absolutely no excuse for this mistake.

  Christina, the manager here, was the best fast food restaurant staff I have ever interacted with! She was so friendly and patient. One of the items in my mobile order just sold out by the time I pulled into the drive thru, but she went above and beyond to make my meal delicious with a great recommendation on a substitute menu item and cookies. Thanks very much!

  I visited Wendy’s at the location on the corner of Forest Lane & 75 a couple of months ago I ate two chicken nuggets only to realize they weren’t cooked all the way and they were soft. I’d rather them to be cooked a little crispy and crunchy so at least they’re cooked all the way through. I was just browsing over the reviews and decided to post this. Also the lettuce is horrible! What kind of lettuce is that? Smh. I remember years back the lettuce was fresh and tasty. I went to the drive through at another time and tried to place my order only to be told they’re accepting cash only. What an Inconvenience!! Do Better Wendy’s!
