    I visited Wendy’s at the location on the corner of Forest Lane & 75 a couple of months ago I ate two chicken nuggets only to realize they weren’t cooked all the way and they were soft. I’d rather them to be cooked a little crispy and crunchy so at least they’re cooked all the way through. I was just browsing over the reviews and decided to post this. Also the lettuce is horrible! What kind of lettuce is that? Smh. I remember years back the lettuce was fresh and tasty. I went to the drive through at another time and tried to place my order only to be told they’re accepting cash only. What an Inconvenience!! Do Better Wendy’s!

    Went to order food. They got my orders wrong. Either I have English problem or they don't understand what's being ordered. I ordered 3 Triple, instead I got two. Because I had already left the drive through and gotten home when I noticed the mishap, I didn't go back. This was my first time trying Wendy's. I noticed that there were only two people working in there at 8pm. Terrible. The workers fit the stereotype. I need to check my order before leaving the lot.

    How hard is it to listen to the customer's order, correctly recorded in the system, and correctly executed as it is displayed on the monitor? Apparently, it is harder than what the minimum wage torps at this Wendy's are capable of achieving.

    I am understanding of the stressful nature of the fast food industry, but the cashier was incredibly rude and dismissive. I had an online order and asked her if it was ready and she refused to let me know and Instead gave me an attitude told me I can check myself —I will never return to this location, I had ordered a Jr Bacon Cheeseburger which was cold and the patty looked dehydrated and not fresh almost like it’s been sitting there for weeks. My chicken nuggets, however, were very fresh but I did notice that in general Wendy’s has downsize the size of their nuggets and burgers. I’m disappointed.
