  Bad customer service at 8:39 pm on March 3rd. The lady at the cash register was very rude. I asked for her name she just close the windows. When I ordering she wasn't paying attention and was talking over my order. She charged me twice for my soda

  Sign clearly said lobby open till 8pm and at 7pm both doors locked… it’s hard to go to drive through with U-Haul… so would be nice if they be open as they say …

  It’s definitely no reason to have an attitude about bbq sauce!!! If you mad because you at work and not at Fat Tuesday that’s not the customer problem boo!!!!

  Just went to get a water and a lemonade and the cashier was rude. First off as she was taking my order she was very short and unhelpful, it was like she was annoyed already. Then I pull up tot he window to get my drinks , I pay and as soon as I out my drinks down I grab my straw to open them and she says “can you live so we can help other people” I had literally been sitting there 10 seconds since she handed me my drinks. I said “yes just give me a second “ and then she repeated “ I need you to move” I then asked her name and with a attitude said “ Clarissa Stanley” and spelled it out as if she didn’t care who I told.   JOSH WAS SO GREAT!! OMG I CANT WAIT EXPRESS THAT ENOUGH! GOING THROUGH THE DRIVE THROUGH I ASK COULD MY NUGGETS BE FRESH AND JOSH REPLIED “OF COURSE WE WOULDNT HAVE IT ANY OTHER WAY” …BABY THAT WAS HEAVENLY TO HEAR AND HE HAS PLEASANT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
