- KSkeisha smallsNov 6, 20251.0On October,22,2025 employee Tom was very rude, did not give me a receipt back only gave me my change in the food was very nasty and cold we waited at the drive-thru for over 15 minutes for our order then to receive bad services I called and spoke to the manager Maria the next day who refused to give me her name I had to find her name out another way and refused to inform the resolve the situation by giving me a refund or a reorder a remake on my order she was going back and forth arguing with me which was very unprofessional finally after doing a complaint I never received a call back on the complaint after escalating the situation district manager Kelly Autry emailed me and told me to take the receipt up there for a refund a receipt I never received this is a very nasty Wendy's to get your food from I wouldn't even buy my food from this filthy establishment
