    The service in the drive.thru was prompt and accurate. Sadly though the chicken sandwich I got has been cooked quite a while earlier from when I ordered it. They are usually pretty good here but this time sad to say it wasn't up to par.

    On October,22,2025 employee Tom was very rude, did not give me a receipt back only gave me my change in the food was very nasty and cold we waited at the drive-thru for over 15 minutes for our order then to receive bad services I called and spoke to the manager Maria the next day who refused to give me her name I had to find her name out another way and refused to inform the resolve the situation by giving me a refund or a reorder a remake on my order she was going back and forth arguing with me which was very unprofessional finally after doing a complaint I never received a call back on the complaint after escalating the situation district manager Kelly Autry emailed me and told me to take the receipt up there for a refund a receipt I never received this is a very nasty Wendy's to get your food from I wouldn't even buy my food from this filthy establishment

    This morning I paid almost $21.00 for two bacon sandwiches with fries and a bacon biscuit, and they only gave me one sandwich and two orders of fries. I called to tell them, and they told me it's not true. They need better staff at this location.

    Around 11:30am I went in drive thru. Very bad service, poor quality of food, and I got the runs! Plus, I have to go back to work. How in the world do you think I feel!?!
