The food was up to par with the other locations and the facility is comparable in cleanliness. Is it a bad location, by no means. If you are wanting a “wow” experience with more top tier service I highly recommend Allen or the Colony location over this one.

This employee had the audacity to approach our table and attempt to hit on my 16-year-old stepdaughter. This behavior is absolutely unacceptable and beyond inappropriate. We immediately reported the incident to management, who apologized for what happened — but honestly, how is this even okay in the first place? Staff should be properly trained to maintain professionalism and ensure guests feel safe and respected. What started as a fun outing turned into a very uncomfortable and upsetting situation. I do not recommend this location due to the lack of boundaries and disrespectful behavior from their employees.

On average I spend $200-$300 each visit. We were offered the first floor and when I requested to wait for a higher floor the only option was to wait 1.5 hours or let it eat into our reserved time, with zero care. Will not be returning to this location.
