  Takes forever to order food at the bar. Don’t recommend. Was told the food would take 10 minutes but it took 50 minutes for sliders and fries.

  My kids and I had an excellent time at this location.Marcus our server was top notch. Only issue I had we got there at about noon.Today, I was told by, I guess management that there would be no bad incages.That was our original intention.So we did a bae, but at the end, when we were leaving low and behold, the batting cages were up and running

  This is just me but I felt like topgolf is similar to bowling. But more expensive! Same because they’re both boring!!! Once we got there we had to chow down our food and play at the same time. Busy mom here came with her kids so I had extra work in hand for me. The server came 3 times… take our orders, check our orders and pay. There’s no napkins and asked if anyone needed any refills. The servers mostly ask me before I ask them. Letting us know where everything is. Giving us a run down on how the games are played. None of these were said to us. Definitely not the place I would go with kids. Not really family friendly just millennial friendly. I’m not a millennial btw… genZ!

  I made a reservation for 13 people and paid a deposit. Four days before the reservation, I called to change the reservation time, which was confirmed. However, three hours before the scheduled time on the day of the reservation, Larry called me and told me that my reservation needed to be canceled and that I would have to make a new one. I have been a Topgolf customer for a long time, and this was my first experience at the Dallas location. I asked Larry to help make the reservation since I did not have access to a computer, but he declined. When I requested a customer service phone number, I was told he could not provide one. Due to this poor customer service, I changed my reservation to the Allen location instead. My experience there was excellent, similar to The Colony location. I hope Topgolf provides additional training for the Dallas location to improve customer service.

  Not much to say here that hasn't been said by many of the reviews here. Quite a fun time with many different game modes, tasty drinks, and nice bites. The service has also usually been pretty solid, with nice employees, in my experience with this location. Waiting is also hardly an issue so long as you make reservations ahead of time. Only real gripe I have is the fact that this place seemingly got rid of Hand Wipes. Last time me and my family went, there was no hand wipes like there was there a long time ago. Pretty unfortunate if this really is the case, considering the amount of bacteria one would have on their hands after playing some golf and then choosing to eat.
