    Wow, this location is awesome for the community. It really serves the surrounding area well. The staff is beautiful and it has a wonderful welcoming atmosphere.

    This is one of my favorite grocery stores to shop at. The low lighting, and calmness of the store as well as the size of the store make it very comfortable to shop in. The employees here are very professional and knowledgeable. I loved the location as it was very convenient to stop here after work daily to grab dinner or for a grab and go lunch.

    ***UPDATED*** I did NOT receive a refund. You all clearly did not read this carefully. You still charged me for multiple packages that were incorrectly labeled and overcharged me. I ordered delivery and paid for Choice steaks, as clearly indicated on the Tom Thumb label. However, the steaks I received were actually Select grade, with a Choice label placed on them—meaning I was charged a higher price for a lower-quality cut of meat. ***Photo attached*** When I called the store, I was told I would receive a refund for the steaks. That refund never happened. I have since spoken with main customer service and multiple store managers, all of whom said the general manager would contact me. That also never happened. This issue has been repeatedly ignored rather than corrected. The lack of follow-through after a clear pricing and labeling error is unacceptable, and as a result, they have lost my business. Terrible service.

    I’d have to say for being in a more affluent part of town they have zero concept of customer service, they keep maybe three employees who aren’t stocking. All they do is glare at you as you try to shop and check out……… They are beyond rude and act as if AI isn’t going to have their job…….. The annoyed manger is sometimes forced to work the check out counter and makes you feel like it’s your fault the whole time……. For a place that’s so icy you’d think they’d have a colder freezer section…….
