- DWDee WalkerJan 31, 20261.0The heavyset Caucasian lady that works the front desk is so unhelpful and I’m questioning if it is racially motivated. She continuously refuses to do anything. A couple of weeks ago I misplaced my debit card. I called someone told me that they put it in customer service. I come a day or two later to retrieve my card and the lady tells me she can’t find it. It took me having to ask her multiple times and her having to ask somebody else to help her that the second person was able to locate my debit card, which was right where I told her that it was. And then today I try to make a return and she refuses my return saying that I can’t use my digital receipt on the official Tom Thumb app that is incorrect. I called another location. They said they could help me. I went to that separate location and they were able to submit the refund and return for me. If that’s how you treat the black customers they come into your store. I will not be returning because this is ridiculous.
