    This location is not my regular one but almost every time I do go to this location there is a pricing issue that I have to work around and today they had a red sticker that was 50% off with 5.99 as the regular price. It rang up as 7.49. They have to manually enter those 50% off tags and when I pointed out the price different on the screen vs tag the cashier just shrugged and walked away. The manager did the same thing, though he did say he would mention it to grocery to check the other stickers. For clarity I am not very concerned about the additional saving but this is NOT how the staff at my regular store respond, so the attitude is what was off putting. Reccomend another location if its not too much of a drive.

    It was very busy for pickup and inside, as everyone freaks out about the first winter storm of 2026. Luckily, as I waited in line, I saw lane 3 moving quickly, so I lane hopped and got Andria. She moved so quickly and efficiently, without having a bagger to assist, literally clearing out her lane quicker than checkers with baggers’ assistance. I prefer pickup, but usually go in to select my own produce, so I’ll be sure to get in her line anytime I see her working. Thanks, Andria! Aside from today, I always have a nice experience at this TT, even while having to return things the 2-3 times I’ve had to.

    Today my partner had a very inappropriate experience at Tom Thumb today. Yesterday I bought some orange juice and realized we already had some at home so needed to return it. I didn’t have time so today my partner on his way to work was able to stop by. I sent him a picture of the receipt through the Tom Thumb app on my phone and he went directly to customer service. He said he was dropping off the orange juice for someone else and just wanted a refund. Apparently you aren’t allowed to drop off an item for your partner because the man, Norman said he needed to show the reicept through the app. Even though that’s never been an issue for me and doesn’t make a difference..? My partner then called me as he was leaving and I had him sign into my account on his phone so we can get this refund taken care of. When he came back in, again Norman started asking him a lot of questions suspiciously then called a manger over….for a refund…for orange juice. He then in front of my partner talked to the manger Michael who started saying he thinks he stole the orange juice. Then Michael joined in not believing the receipt was real as well and started being extremely rude to my partner as well. My partner literally has a receipt….he’s being harassed because he retuned the item for me. It was an over 10 minute ordeal with my partner getting accused of stealing after literally walking into the store with a receipt, it took that long to finally get a refund. I’m not sure if race has to do with it, he is an Asian man and I’ve never had an experience like this but it was highly inappropriate, unprofessional and not okay. Would not recommend this location and would hope Michael and Norman treat others better than how they treated my partner today.
