Ordered online Friday for pickup on Sunday, a 5# frozen turkey breast. The price was $18.95. Ready to pick up and happened to look at receipt and was charged $30.95 for that same turkey. No more of my business will they get. Shame on you!

Have purchased 3 items in last 2 months that were date expired. One went back to June and one to Aug. I have started checking everything I pick up. Stopped buying your produce a long time ago.

I’ve been to this Tom Thumb dozens of times, and it never fails to disappoint. Every single shopping cart has broken or jammed wheels, the produce is consistently poor and rarely fresh, and the selection across the entire store is limited. Prices are very high for what you get, and the store overall feels neglected. Customer service is just okay at best. Honestly, you’re better off spending much less at Trader Joe's, or the same price at Sprouts or Whole Foods where the stores are cleaner and the experience is far better.

have been shopping here for the last four years and The straw has finally broken the camels back. They never have regularly stocked item, their produce is often rotten, and the pickup/delivery has been a thorn in my side since I began using it. On a regular basis, I have to request refunds for missed items, I get items I didn’t order that end up having to be thrown away, items are substituted without approval, items are deleted without a request for substitution deliveries are late, items that I want are rarely in stock, etc. I can’t say anything good about this location. And the customer service is the most frustrating of all. I don’t know if their staff is just too young or if they are completely incompetent but nobody seems to know how to help. It’s very sad because it’s very convenient to where I live, but it’s just not worth it anymore.

6 self checkouts open, for card only. None of them had customers. Had to wait in line at regular check out lane to pay cash. What's the point of having these if you can't pay cash.
