The customer service at the place is horrible. The first time I went i just thought it was a off day. After today's experience and utter lack of customer service it's clear that many of the employees at this location need proper training and practice in customer service. I frequently shop here due to convenience in location but for the horrible customer service I'll just go to Walmart.

I went to Tom Thumb and overall it was a pretty solid grocery store experience. The store was clean, organized, and easy to walk through without feeling crowded. I was able to find what I needed quickly, and the aisles were well stocked for the most part. I liked that they have a good variety of products, especially name brands and fresh items. The produce section looked decent, and the meat department had plenty of options. I also appreciated that they had a good selection of ready-made foods, which is convenient when I don’t feel like cooking. The only downside for me is that some items felt overpriced compared to other grocery stores, even with sales. The checkout line also moved a little slow, but the cashier was friendly and helpful. Overall, Tom Thumb is a convenient place to shop, especially if you want a clean store and a lot of options, but I’d probably shop sales to make it worth it.

Dear Tom Thumb Team, I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent flower delivery. This has been one of the worst purchasing experiences I have encountered. ORDER #1350 REFERENCE 6789544935681

If you want to waste 20 minutes of your life trying to get a simple "Yes or No" answer, call this store. I’ve been calling since last night just to ask if they sell NTTA toll tags. Yesterday (7:00 PM): Called. Rang forever. No answer. Today (5:00 PM): Called. Cashier answers, has no clue, and transfers me to a dead line. Again, no one picked up. Today (5:10 PM): Called again. Same cashier. I finally demand a manager. I get the Grocery Manager, Brian. He also didn’t know the answer without asking someone else first. But here is the kicker: When I told him I’ve been getting ignored and transferred into the void for two days, his response was a lazy, dismissive: "I apologize, it happens." "It happens"? No, Brian. Ignoring customers during business hours for two days straight doesn't "just happen." It’s a choice you make when you don’t care about running a tight ship, or you're just plain disorganized. If that’s your standard for service, you’re in the wrong line of work. You should go work for the DPS/DMV. Bottom line: Don't bother calling. Management has already decided that wasting your time is just something that "happens."
