We spent months traveling to Latin America, perfecting our wood-fire cooking techniques, creating our own reposado tequila, and even learning how to salsa dance. Te Deseo is our love letter to the liveliness, mystery, and community that blooms throughout the region.
Featuring bold flavors of Latin American-inspired cocktails and cuisine, your senses will fall in love with Te Deseo. Spanning 14,000 square feet, Te Deseo features a series of unique dining rooms, four bars, and a stunning rooftop overlooking the city.
Te Deseo is an elevated destination with irresistible energy lasting well into the night and is the eighth concept in the 19-city block Harwood District. Te Deseo is an escape from the ordinary operated by Harwood Hospitality Group.
Claudia and Rosa received numerous accolades for their exceptional service, with many customers highlighting their attentiveness and friendliness.

Claudia in the Social Bar is AMAZING!! I cannot express enough how amazing she is!! Our drinks were the best I've had EVER! I do not usually like a pina cola but will definitely have one here. She changed my mind. I love a great drink and she makes a great freakin drink!

We were a part of the Olympics bar crawl in dallas and Te Deseo was our second to last stop. While we were at Te Deseo one of the people who was in our group was hiccuping and the door man confronted us and thought he was intoxicated so he asked us to leave. We let him know he is just hiccuping but ended up leaving as they were forcing us. We pulled up at Happiest hour, our last spot (which we payed for) and they told us we weren’t welcome because of the two hispanics in our group…. They let us know that the door man at Te Deseo had radioed them and told them to not let them in. We asked what the issue was and how we could resolve it and no one could tell us anything except to ask the people at Te Deseo, which they were not explaining what had happened... Also confusing if only one man was hiccuping why they radioed saying two of the men couldn’t come in. We will never be back here a neither should you.
UPDATE after restaurant response: if someone had told us what was going on or why they had called the next bar to let us know why they were telling them not to two of the people in our group in we would have understood as you do refuse the right to serve us. Although, we were served alcohol by yall right as the incident was occurring so that does not apply here and secondly no one could give us a reason or explanation as to why they radioed over to the next bar saying two of our members could not come in. They let the rest of us into the next bar as well so that shows for something… Overall the situation was handled very poorly … for a nice restaurant you think this would not occur. I would also like to point out that this is not the first time a group has been unexpectedly and rudely asked to leave this restaurant, please see the other poor reviews. I’d also hate to think that this had anything to do with race as the two people asked to leave were the only hispanic people in our group.. Again- will not be back.

Every staff person was extremely rude. Valet told me I could go ahead and Venmo them when we leave since they get paid off of tips. Hostess’s were extremely rude when I called they hung up on me mid conversation then were rude when we arrived. Waitress came the second we sat down and asked us what we wanted to eat no drinks no how are you just what do you want to eat. She took my fork and didn’t bring me another. Took our drink menu immediately. From sit to leave it was 40 minutes. Granted I would rather quick than take forever but def felt like they were rushing us out from the second we arrived. Did not feel welcomed, customer service was the worst i have ever experienced and I worked in customer service for years and this was absolutely atrocious. Food was great but due to the staff I will never come here again.

We went to celebrate my wife’s birthday and specifically came for the arrachera plate, but the first thing the waitress told us was that they were completely out of beef. Instead, I ordered the chicken fajitas and my wife chose the aguachile negro and an octopus dish. Everything was absolutely delicious. Rather than being upset about the lack of beef, I’ve decided we'll definitely be coming back because today the flavors were exceptional! By the way the elote plate is a must!
