  Humiliating and Unacceptable Last night was supposed to be a fun birthday celebration with my friends, but an employee at this place turned it into one of the worst nights I’ve ever had. All we wanted was a quick photo three seconds and instead we were screamed at, disrespected, and my friend was physically pushed toward the door for no reason. We were a group of 12, just trying to enjoy the night, and we ended up feeling humiliated and discriminated against by a staff member who clearly has no idea what professionalism means. This place is absolutely not worth it. The behavior we experienced was shocking, aggressive, and completely unacceptable. I hope management takes action, because no customer should ever be treated this way.

  Our server Rosa was so attentive and professional. We went for our anniversary and we had a great time. We’re still talking about how good that food was. Definitely recommend the Arroz Chaufa and the arepas. The manager was also super friendly and accommodated all our needs. Thank you Te Deseo team.

  Man. Whoever is Manager they need to check up on Security. They are trash. They stop letting people in at 1:30 on a Friday but its Saturday now. I just went to finish off the night. No reason to even do that. Why would you send money away. 30 minutes is 30 minutes. But yea, get better security. Not salty sour people.

  Love the Manager Amanda! I got a table all for myself and turned up with the whole club just because I new to Texas! The DJ was great and my bottle girls were so cute. All the ladies in the club where so cute and everyone was friendly!! Will definitely be back for a good time. SHOTS ON ME !

  This was our first time visiting and the first impression was not positive. Based on your marketing, we were looking forward to experiencing what had been promoted. We were celebrating a birthday and needless to say, the experience was not to expectations. From the snobby and unfriendly vibe when we checked in for our reservation, to the “I don’t care or want to be here” attitude by our server, to the lack of service at the rooftop, we couldn’t wait to leave to another place. In the reservation, we requested the outdoor dining area due to one of the attendees being autoimmune. We were told that the outdoor dining area was not opened, so they stuck us outside the bar area without even an apology, which was not a nice atmosphere to celebrate a birthday. The server was slow to get our drinks and only checked on us once if we needed anything. Several times we had to search her out to request more chips, water refills, and to order more drinks. We mentioned to the server numerous times that we were celebrating a birthday, but not once did she acknowledge it with a simple happy birthday or whether we wanted a dessert to celebrate the special occasion. We had to ask what desserts they had and ordered one. When it came out, the person (not our server) simply put it on our table, without even saying a word, like enjoy your dessert or anything. After the disappointing dinner experience, we went to the rooftop bar, expecting an improvement. Unfortunately that did not happen. The bartenders also had a no care attitude and there were no waitresses to take our drink orders, so we decided to leave. Based on your marketing efforts, you portray to be a high-end restaurant with exceptional food and experience, however the marketing portrayal is far from actual reality. We like to eat at high-end restaurants and unfortunately, I would not rate this restaurant as being in that category. The food was okay, but the staff and lack of service probably downgraded the food. In this struggling economic environment, we hope that you invest more time and money in training vs. your marketing efforts, as we like to see restaurants succeed. We hope that you take this as positive feedback, and not just criticism, and take the needed actions to improve. Good luck and all the best!
