  I've tried authentic tacos de trompo everywhere in Dallas. And they're all amazing. So coming here trying tacos was out of the question. I wanted to try other menus and test their quality. I ordered enchiladas verdes. And I quickly noticed it's being microwaved. Not a good sign to start off. Then again almost every mexican restaurant do heat their food with microwave. I should have known better ordering enchiladas at a gas station. Anyway when I gave it a taste test. The enchiladas were good for being microwaved. I ate it all. The issue was the rice. A bit too salty and has a fishy after taste. I was speechless and confused. Rice that has a fishy after taste? Enchiladas are good but not great. Rice is awful. This gas station restaurant may be one of those menus where tacos de trompo are the only thing great on the menu. Everything else isn't good. Keep in mind I did say it may be one of those restaurants where only one food in the menu is great and the rest is nasty. I haven't tried the rest of the menu. And after that experience I know I won't try the rest of the menu. Just their tacos
