I weighed a solid 30 minutes before asking the manager who's taking orders at the front. Hey, where's my order? Just to be told oh we don't have it. Is it for delivery? When I tell her hey it's from the kiosk she's like. No, I don't see it. I don't see it I had time to contact the app support place two more orders that she seemed to find from the same kiosk even without of my way to show her the virtual receipt because one of the tourist orders was a cup that wasn't paid for. Then again I ordered it again and paid for it again because she seemed to think that I couldn't pay or I needed to pay for something and I explained to her I paid through the kiosk Then proceeded to justify her actions in Spanish as if I couldn't understand Not the fact of even listening to my complaint. She continued to take orders. It's ultimately poorly managed and I'm like hey, if you can't find the word on the kiosk, you should shut down the kiosk completely. Ignore that as well Completely dismiss the drive-thru customers as well. During this and over busy closing, we're not serving drive-thru The most chaotic. Frustrating. 35 minutes
