I call the store to tell them like hey there’s a fly in my drink I have a picture and can show it to you guys and didn’t care if they gave me a new drink or anything but one of the ladies on the phone wants to gaslight me that there’s no way a fly could be in the drink, they don’t have flies and “I don’t know what you want me to do” maybe be decent and not be rude about it or gaslight me. And after looking at other reviews, it wasn’t the first time someone had a bug in their drink

(SOS)Speed of service means nothing to your customers if they get food that's been sitting under the chips warmer or inside steam cabinet just so you don't have to make fresh product to save on how much waste you have to log at the end of the day. Yea I know how it works! Won't come back to this location again. I'll be contacting your higher uppers as well since you all don't answer the phone.
