  Very disappointed, asked for something that was sold in the old days. Came back a 2nd time and they refused. Hate new menu. Love menu before covid time. Food is pricy.

  Zero customer service got to speaker, took 3 trys to get someone on, it was a mobile order. The guy did not greet me at all, after my 3rd hello? All i got was "order" i said im picking up "name" i said my name and said "is it right" i said you and he said pull up, i get to the window, no acknowledgement, none, doesnt even look in my direction until the food is in his hand, he finally turns to look at me opens the window sticks the food out and when i grab it, the moment it leaves his grib he pulls his arm in and walks away closing the window behind him never saying a word. Extremely rude, complete lack of customer service. We eat taco bell alot, and just moved to the area, we will now be going to other locations further away. Disgusting experience. Unfortunately i cannot give zero stars.
