- TMtaylor martinDec 4, 20251.0The food is always great the service however was terrible, the drive through line is an automated system and its complicated to order through I drove up to the window to place my order with the Window worker, and she stated that she cant help me that I had to order through the automated system. I then stated my order is a little complicated so I will just come in. I parked and entered the establishment and the same lady told me I had to order from the kiosk. The place was empty nobody was in there except me. I understand if it was busy the kiosk is beneficial but obviously I needed assistance beyond that. SHE WAS RUDE AND UNWILLING TO HELP. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE POOR JOB DUTY AND OVERALL A BAD EMPLOY.
