Went to pick up an online order and made eye contact with several employees and was never once addressed. They then proceeded to hide in the back of the kitchen to avoid doing their job and even greeted a staff member who arrived to start her shift. I ended up canceling the order. Very bad business.

I couldn't hear in the drive-thru, ordered an agua fresca dragonfruit strawberry with my combo, marked on the receipt as such, and got a tea... Asked for medium taco sauce at the window and was given mild, and apparently now salsa Verde sauce is extra cost.
