When you order on the app and they dont have something, they wait to tell you after you can't cancel your order on the app and you have to go through customer service to try and get a refund for your order. Because This just happened it remains to be seen if I do really get my refund.

However, the Chili Cheese Burrito itself SHRUNK in SIZE, yet DOUBLED in PRICE. I hope they keep it on the menu; but the burrito was a far cry from the ‘pictures’. They were flat as a pancake. Still tasty, but not the same quality or value. If TB is listening - please make them how you used too! I mean it’s only “chili & cheese”; how much does it honestly cost to make one that is actually Full of the filling?. Taco bell used to be “value”! Perhaps scale back on the “Marketing” investment and concentrate on the food quality.

- TZT ZeroJul 31, 20252.0One of the slowest & worst taco bells. I useally go the other ones in the area. Useally order though the app & pickup & it's ready by the time I get there. But sometimes I go to this one & at this one always, even if I ask for something small like a soft taco or 2. They ask you to pull around the front & they bring it out. & It's always burned & don't taste right. Mabe it's the freeway atmosphere idk.
