She literally told me “for wanting to be cheap it’s going to cost you more” and laughed. All because my online order wasn’t showing up on their end. I had to dispute the charges with my bank because the manager Angelica refused to help me in any way. She then gave us a number for customer service and they never answered. So if you’re looking for a good subway it’s NOT this one. UPDATE: Never got a refund and never got a response from corporate
