- SCSweet CakesJan 3, 20261.0SHE SAID HER NAME WAS HOLLAND AFRICAN AMERICAN LADY Today is 1/3/26 I placed a order online at 1:30 pm for this location upon arrival at 1:50 which was the time it was supposed to be ready I asked if there was a order for me she said rudely No she doesn’t have no orders at all .. after she verified I had the right location I tried to show her my order confirmation she refused to look at it and say there’s nothing she can do I can cancel it and reorder I asked how to cancel it it doesn’t show a option on app she ignored me greeted the customer that came in after me which I was never greeted when I walked in so as I’m standing there trying to understand why I could get my order she ignored me and continue to make the order for the other person I asked for the manager she said I am the manager and that I can call my bank and dispute charges as uncomfortable as I felt I just reordered on the app for the Wycliff location I was on lunch break but after the rude unpleasant customer experience I won’t EVER revisit this location and advise anyone that wants subway in the area to go to Wycliff location which is literally 5 min away so yeah my order was ready when I arrived there and was greeted at the door as well ..
