His treatment and service of customers are extremely rude and unprofessional. If he is not the owner, it would be prudent to consider dismissing him. His actions indicate a propensity for discriminatory behavior, and it is troubling to consider that there may be additional incidents. Furthermore, the woman who works with him seems to acquiesce to his behavior and makes disparaging remarks about Latino and Black individuals. I recommend reporting this incident to Subway, as I witnessed his treatment of a customer, and the mistake was entirely his fault.It wasn't the customer's fault.
