    Doesn't help to order online. They'll get to everyone in person first. Even if you go to the "express" line for your pre online order. They'll ask your name and still get everyone in line.

    We went into Subway tonight 9/4 at 6:30and a girl who said her name was Diana gave extremely poor customer service. She was rude and ended up over charging us. I don’t understand why management doesn’t realize that it’s people like her that make a business go down. It’s all about customer service and this girl had NONE. After reading the other reviews, it seems like this has been an ongoing problem with the night crew. When is management going to do something about it!!!
