This second time the store is not even open at 11:10-11:25 my food was suppose to be ready for pickup. There were others pulling up outside as well. Do better and refund the money.

The place is super clean, organized, and smells great a huge difference compared to the Subway just 5 minutes away at the gas station on 1525 Inwood Rd, which honestly smells terrible and made us leave without eating. Here, Lorena and her coworker Marcela gave us excellent service. They were friendly, fast, and made our sandwiches perfectly. You can tell they actually care about the customers and keep the place looking great. This location has a much better atmosphere overall fresh, welcoming, and professional. Definitely worth coming here instead of the other one nearby!
