As a regular customer since this year, I was deeply offended by the staff’s behavior: a male employee mispronounced my name "Qingchong" repeatedly. I corrected him multiple times, but he deliberately kept mispronouncing it—and other staff laughed along. This isn’t just rude, it feels like outright disrespect bordering on racial discrimination. A name is part of who you are, and to mock it after being corrected is unprofessional and hurtful. I’ve lost all trust in this location and won’t be coming back. Management needs to train staff on basic respect and cultural sensitivity immediately. Do better.
