Because they had neglected to put on several items the last two times I ordered, I called them to ask them to PLEASE be sure they put on the extra cheese I paid for. The girl on the phone said they had already made the sandwich because it was slow at the store, then she hung up on me. Thinking we had simply gotten disconnected, I called back. I asked her to PLEASE open the sandwich and put on the extra cheese and other items I asked for. She hung up on me again. Like all the others here said, they clearly don't have any interest in maintaining good customer relations, and I will try to get Uber eats to go to another store the next time I order. On the plus side, the sandwich was really good, and didn't suffer from lack of flavor.
