- SEShonnie EvansNov 8, 20251.0Would not recommend this location. I was next door at Wayward Coffee studying and decided to place an online order to pick up on my way home. When I walked in, I was not greeted, which was fine. I went to the counter and stated I had a pickup order. The employee asked for my name, I gave it to him, and he grabbed my order and set it on the counter without saying anything. I said thank you and received no response. As I was leaving, I said the interaction felt rude. He responded with “what?” and then proceeded to call me the B-word. I don’t know who manages this location, but the employee working at the time was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. I have never had an experience like this at any Subway. Being called a derogatory name for expecting basic acknowledgment is completely unacceptable. I do not recommend this location.

Nobody was at the front at first then a couple of minutes later another customer walks in and the employee comes out from the back and immediately takes his order instead. He then looks at me and asks me if I’m there for a pickup order. I said no… I’m here to place my order. I turned away and walked out. Completely disrespectful and I will never return.
