- TRTamerise RunnelsJan 5, 20261.0Maria was very rude. Every time that I come in for my lunch break she gives me a hassle about my sandwich being separated. She tells me I can’t get extra pickles or extra lettuce. She told me that I can go to another subway. Gladly inconvenience in all.

I attempted to explain to the employees that this particular sandwich is advertised to contain more protein than the standard six-inch option and was told that the "Protein packed" just ment it did not come with cheese!! I was highly frustrated, as the employees claimed they were unaware of this information, despite it being inherently suggested by the product's name. Due to time constraints regarding my lunch break, I reluctantly paid the upcharge and departed. I will not be returning to this specific location.

So I went to this Subway on Forest and Marsh area. Great service! Order was done correctly as well as good and fresh

I frequent Subway establishments at least once a week being a Lyft and Uber driver so I'm pretty familiar with policies for the coupons that are mailed out. He even told me it cost too much to use the coupon and would not let me show him what the coupon was for. I don't want anyone fixing my food who isn't going to listen and pay attention.
