- JAjess ahca4 days ago1.0I needed to cancel my order and no one was willing to help me, i called the store over 8 times before anyone answered and then was told my order can not be cancelled as it was already made. I was given the phone number of the manager who had me TEXT HER a screenshot of my order just to tell me the same thing and gave me a broken customer service number. It is absolutely ridiculous that I cannot cancel an order i’m not able to pick up!!
- JKJeff KitchenJan 31, 20261.0Absolutely awful service. Had to argue with the guy about if they have a 12 inch wrap (since they no longer have flatbread 😡) - I think he said it is a 12 in. wrap? I got a ham, egg, and cheese…pretty standard. He asked me how much egg to put on. What? You work here. I do not. He then toasted the egg alone and refused to toast the wrap, ham, and cheese. Almost walked out at that point. Another woman working there spoke to him in Spanish and he seemed to be arguing with her and reluctantly toasted it. Then I had an overcharge for either egg or the 12 in. size. So after tax over $12 for the wrap. What an absolute joke and I will be filing a formal complaint with Subway. I’ve been eating Subway for 30 years. Just plain sad.
