Horrible experience placed an order through the subway app for delivery to my wife’s job and they delivered a completely wrong order. When I called the store the lady argued with me stating that it was ordered through DoorDash and there was nothing that can be done. I told her it was ordered through the app gave her the receipt information and did not want to help. Will never go to this store again horrible service

Did an online order for pick up. The Indian or whatever nationality she was, claimed that Id already picked up my order and that I was basically lying. She said someone with my exact name at the exact time picked up my order. Which is Impossible! And her little helper just sat there and said nothing. At first she wouldn’t give a refund. She seen that I wasn’t leaving so she claimed to give me one. But I'm not sure. Be careful if you’re ordering online at this location. They out here scamming in the work place. I will never return to this location!!!
