  This sonic has went very down hill, took 40 mins waiting for my online order. The service here is horrible and they did not care about how long it took for my food, they need to hire more workers if it’s this slow.

  Terrible service. I ordered a warm pretzel on the app and they refused to give me cheese. The young man Nick was extremely rude and smug. Horrible experience would never go back to this location. Honestly will never go back to Sonic period.

  Worst EXPERIENCE EVER. I WOULD LIKE TO BE CONTACRED BY THE REGIONAL MANAGER for the service I received over some cheese sauce that YOUR APP doesn't have an option for! The fact that you would rather make my children upset over sauce and intentionally cause tension and tey and shame me and to have on a Santa hat made it even worse!!!

  I am sorry but this is the worst sonic I have ever been to. I have been here 3 times now, each time saying it will be the last. I have had a stomach ache every time, I always get a burger with onion rings. Onion rings were way too greasy, and the burger didn't have any seasoning or salt whatsoever.
