Our mobile Order took longer than expected to come out, 10 minutes past our scheduled pick up time. My dirty Dr Pepper I ordered was charged as one but wasn't made as one 😒 so $4.50 for a fountain DrPepper...

I was reminded today why i never go to Sonic. I decided to stop for a jr double cheeseburger. I went through the drive thru. I waited a minute and no one greeted me so i was like like Hello? Not till then did someone say anything. I only ordered the jr. Cheeseburger and i paid at 11:01 i was not handed my order till 11:11 literally the parking lot had 2-3 cars i think. Well i leave and when i opened my burger i noticed one of the patties overcooked and the other barely cooked. Looked as if one if them had been there from the night before. Super gross. Do better Sonic.

I normally use the mobile order today. I did a schedule pick up for 810 be minded. I was at work somehow my order is not available to pick up and the manager is gonna argue with me and say a woman picked up my order no notification.
And let me attach the receipt. It definitely says it’s a pick up time 810 which is about the time I’ll get off of work.
