  Thank you to the young lady working the drive thru window tonight. She provides great service with a smile and 10 out of 10 on the Monday night cheese sticks. Delicious and worth the wait. They were so fresh and flavorful. Thank you. This is a great sonic 👌

  I always come to the sonic my suggestion to y’all is avoided at 1:30 to 2 PM if the gentleman that was there today 02/23/2026 is there he has zero customer service I can see he’s a good worker, but he legit ruined my appetite. Didn’t even tell me my total just put the machine in front of me. I don’t know if he’s having a bad day or what but he ruined my lunch.. didn’t say thank you or nothing I felt like I was bothering him trying to get my food. I don’t know if it’s time for him to go home or what cause that service was not it. didn’t even give me a receipt had to check my bank to see if I got charged the right amount.. he didn’t speak to me at all at the window. Really did irritate me. Everybody else is usually a joy in that sonic I don’t know what his problem is though..

  Better check your bags before you go! Carhop missed an item and I have two young kids so I can't just pack back up and go out again but I called to request a refund and the manager unsympathetically informed me they can't help at all unless I brought my receipt back in person. Too bad computers don't exist in 2026 because looking up an order may be possible, right? Luckily Support was able to help over text where I sent a picture of the receipt but historically this location is very slow and workers/management simply don't care. No worries, I have plenty of other places to spend my money.

  I ordered 2 pretzels a single burger and #8 large and 4 drinks well we only got our drinks and the burger . Could barely hear him on the screen so we had to wait longer for our other food to be made !!
